Just click on the link below. It will be helpful to have your billing statement, as it contains necessary information. Payments will be processed within 3 business days of reciept of all necessary billing information.

Transactions processed on the Aurora San Diego Hospital Online Bill Payment System are eligible for a refund should you would wish to cancel a payment. To request a cancellation of payment please contact Aurora Behavioral Healthcare San Diego Hospital Financial Services at (858) 675-4251.
HELP PAYING YOUR BILL:
Aurora Behavioral Healthcare San Diego Hospital provides financial assistance for patients who qualify. If you need assistance paying your bill, a discount or charity care program are available.
How To Apply: To apply for either our discount program or our charity care program, ask to speak to our Patient Financial Services Department or call (858) 487-3200 between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
Hospital Bill Complaint Program: If you believe you were wrongly denied financial assistance, you may file a complaint with the State of California Hospital Complaint Program.
